DELIVERY INFORMAION

Once You Place Your Order Midland Garden Furniture will contact you with an approximate delivery time.

For items that are currently in stock, delivery is usually between 5 -7 working day.

For items needed to be ordered from the factory, delivery can take between 10 - 14 working days.

Please note that some items due to the seasonal products can be up to 3 weeks delivery time, however this will be noted at the time of order.

Due to the size and weight of our Garden Furniture, Garden Rooms, Pergolas, and Verandas, Midland Garden Furniture cannot guarantee specific delivery times or book-in deliveries. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to late deliveries.

We advise that any contractors for assembly should only be scheduled once the goods have arrived at your property and are confirmed to be in good condition for assembly.

If delivery is not possible due to unforeseen reasons (such as natural disasters, strikes, manufacturing delays or restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Goods on Delivery

Damages must be reported within 48hrs - 72hrs of receipt of goods. In all cases, goods must be repackaged sufficiently in order for us to collect or exchange. Please check all packages before signing “received in good condition”. If any packages have any damage to them, please sign as “damaged” and refuse the delivery. If after unpacking an item you find the item is faulty or damaged, we would require photographic evidence to prove this before we can proceed with a replacement/collection.

At Midland Garden Furniture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to assist. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and address your concerns to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

If a customer changes their mind and decides to cancel an order, provided it is not due to any fault of the company, a full refund will be issued. However, if the order has already been shipped via a carrier service, a handling charge of 15% will be applied to cover restocking and initial delivery costs.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and address your concerns to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied with your order.  

Once we receive your furniture back to us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The customer is responsible for returning the item to us. However, Midland Garden Furniture can arrange collection of the product, provided both parties agree on the details beforehand. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For return shipping costs or any questions regarding the return process, please contact us below.
